Stag and Hen Parties
Adventure Camps have great weekends or days for stag and hen parties. We have an exciting range of activities for you to sink your teeth in to.
Mountain biking Canyoning Rock climbing Abseiling Mountain Scrambles Canoeing Stand Up Paddle boarding (SUP) Kite Surfing Sand Yachting Bush bivouacking Tree Climbing GPS Treasure trails
All of the activities take place in scenic venues in Snowdonia’s National Park.
We do not abseil down manmade features or overcrowd our groups.
All of our venues are off the beaten track and top quality instruction is given.
For example canoeing clients are introduced to the basics and then we head off on an exploratory trip down river, finishing off with some challenges (usually ending up in the river).
All of our groups tend to stay in tented accommodation, which adds an extra flavour to the courses.
It is by no means a hardship. These tents are set up on arrival, come with airbeds pumped up and are modern and spacious with individual rooms. There are large army shelters for socialising and sheltering.
In the current financial climate this not only keeps costs down but also enables groups to be in close proximity, and allow you to avoid dealing with unreasonable B&B’s spread across the town or expensive unfriendly hotels, taxis and such.
How it runs:
Friday: Clients arrive by own transport or are picked up at the train station on the Friday evening. Settled into tents. Shown to local pub (if on a stag/hen).
Saturday: Groups get up and are briefed in what to wear/bring. Go to venue for activity. Activity. Lunch at venue. Activity. Beers. Shower. Beer and evening meal or BBQ.
Sunday: Briefing. Activity. Lunch. Activity. Depart.
(or half day activity if people wish to depart early).
